Multi-story homes: Add $75.00 per floor for final punch out list inspection.

** The progress inspection takes place after sheet rock is installed, taped and textured, trim is at least 85% complete, and either flooring (tile, wood, etc.) or cabinetry are at least 50% complete.

*** All roofs will be inspected regardless of type.

Duplexes: No additional cost, other than the square footage price, see above.

Before any inspections can begin a contract must be signed.
